Hi, my name is Rachel and I live in southwest Pennsylvania. After seeing all the wonderful creations my neighbor has made with some fabric and a sewing machine I decided I needed to teach myself how to sew. I bought an inexpensive machine at Walmart and have been picking up things here and there and have made a few things so far. I am very eager to learn to sew and read patterns (it seems impossible). I am very excited to have found this site (thanks neighbor) and hope it can help me get through the brick wall I have hit with my sewing skills.
