I have many years of experience and education with both clothing construction and high end ladies' ready-to-wear alterations.However, I don't know everything and am always eager to learn about new techniques as well as new products.

Being an empty-nester, I now have the delightful freedom to finally enjoy some of the more creative aspects of sewing! I have worked for many years in a large alteration workroom, primarily with ladies' garments. Fitting is probably my strong point. I love to see new fabric treatments and manipulations and look forward to seeing the changes fashion makes each season.
