Used machine needle tip

Tnuctip | Posted in Talk With Us on

When replacing a machine needle that you will use again, leave a small length of project thread in the eye and store in the original box. Now you can see what it was last used for, gauge how much sewing it actually did, and possibly even how long ago it was used. It also saves the brand name and size and type without lots of labelling.

Sorry if this is in the wrong place, but I cant find the other route to Tips and Tricks I was used to from the old website.

Thanks, that is really a great idea. I have a bunch of needles floating around my pin box that need a magnifying glass to identify.
