I am feeling quite frustrated that my emails to the 'front office' are not being answered. I want to buy something, but need to have a question answered before I do. Don't suggest phoning-  the cost from Australia is far too high.

I did get a reply, but found that one sent earlier hadn't reached my Inbox at all. All fixed now-thanks,Karen.
