That announcement will be coming out in the next issue. The challenge covers issues 120 through 124 (there was a misprint in no. 123--we said 119 through 124, but the starting issue is 120). I don't know the submission deadline off the top of my head, but it's usually sometime near the end of June, giving readers a chance to be inspired by the last issue, April/May.
We hope to see lots of entries!
