Hi all,
I have a sub to Threads that is paid through til May 2010. I called Taunton back in August to change my address to NZ from the US and never received a magazine here in NZ (ie. the last one I recieved was in the US Sept 2007). Anyway, I called again two weeks ago and was told that they had sent the last three mags out, but I never got them so they would resend them again.
So, my question is how long does it take for the mags to get to us here in NZ from the US? I’m getting worried again that they have gone missing as the lady I spoke with said they would come airmail (??)

Hi Nancy! I can't really help you with the NZ delivery times but I'd like to suggest that when you find a customer service person at Taunton that is helpful that you might want to get her name and e-mail address and deal only with the one person. I moved from the US to Sweden and had trouble getting my magazines for several months until I started dealing with one very helpful customer service rep.
I've only seen a very small amount of NZ but what I saw took my breath away - you lucky devil! Enjoy it!

I did receive two issues finally yesterday! They sent them airmail the day I rang them up.....looks like I have a lot of calls to CT in my future if I don't get them regularly!
Sweden is good ! My friends daughter is living there for a year as part of her studies (from the Netherlands). She keeps threatening to NOT come home at all. :-)
I actually miss snow......make an angel for me willya?
