binding attachments?

MaHubs | Posted in Quilting and Home Decor on

I’ve waiting for my new Bernina 440 to arrive. Meanwhile I’ve been checking out binding attachments. On Martha Stewart’s TV show some years ago she showed and raved about their binding foot which sewed on the binding perfectly. The Bernina dealer said they find the current binding foot hard to use. I’ve found one on ebay and one called QuiltBinder. Has anyone used these and what are you conclusions?

I really want to be able to make and bind not only quilts but also things like placemats, etc. So it’s a big deal to me…

Sorry but I can't comment on the Bernina binder, I use my serger to attach binding. I thought you might be interested to know there is an on line review on the Quilt Binder at QuiltersReview.
