Yarns used in my projects:
Lion Brand-Boucle, Sensations-Baja, Yarn Bee-Luscious, Moda Dea-Fur Sure, Trendsetter-Siam, Patons-Evita, Lion Brand-Fun Fur, Trendsetter-Iquana & Aquarius, Department71-Sophie, Moda Dea-Prima, Patons-Voodoo, Carons-Simply Soft Brites, Crafters Square-Fun Yarn (Eyelash), Enrico Coveri-Nebbia (Italy), Bernat-Soft Boucle, Red Heart-TLC, Red Heart-Lustersheen, Yarn Bee-Soft Delight and the purple/white/yellow has a yarn called “Angel”, couldn’t find the label, but it’s a mix of mohair and something. Hope that helps.
And I’ve got yarns in cue for further projects. Some suede look and others. I need to start making my quilts again. I need to make my grand daughters a new quilt each and I’ve been promising a blue jean quilt to my teen boy in the family, he’s my third generation cousin, but he calls me grandma, I had a hand in raising him. He plays football now.
Like any good shopper, I’ve lucked up on many deals on yarn. Some were $1.00 and $.97 for yarns that retail for $4.99/per and up. At the Knitting Expo, I purchase bundles of my most exotic yarns for 50% to 75% off for the past two years. Bundles averaged 10 skeins per bag. If I just had to have it, I’ve purchased at full price, and at minimal discounts. I’ve bought yarn and fabric at the International Quilt Show on a yearly basis. I’ve worked the show for the past two years hanging quilts and helping to stage the set up for the show. Also worked behind the scenes of the Fashiow Show, that was fun. We help the models get dressed and rehang and arrange the clothing for them for each set. That was fun too. Next year, if I’m able, I will volunteer to help in the take down and storage for shipping of the quilts. Got to do the grunt stuff too. (giggle) Better get to work. bye

I saw some of them on vogue's knitting website. They also gave some free patterns that I printed out. I will purchase the book.
its worth it the Perry Ellis sweater my mom knitted for me when it first came out and they brought it back but they suggest a different color, I love that sweater. Cyndy
