Several people helped me allot with questions on the forum while I was trying to make this dress and said they would be interested in seeing pictures once it was done. Thanks again to everyone’s suggestions. I realized half way through I had gotten in over my head–but it was still fun!
Soo, here’s a photo, it didn’t turn out exactly the way I intended, but none of our guests noticed my boo-boos. For my first and only wedding dress it went ok. I was pleased. I’m sticking to simpler sewing projects for a while!
My flowers are blocking allot of the dress, but the idea is there. (the bride-me-is in green)

Very, very pretty. Wishing you much happiness!!
aim, you - the dress - the day - it all looks truly beautiful. Congratulations on the dress and EVERYTHING !
You should be in a bridal magazine! Spectacular! rjf
It is absolutely beautiful! I think Sandra Betzina said that if you can't see it from a few feet away no one will notice the 'Boo boos".

You look gorgeous. I just love your dress--that color is a favorite of mine, but one I absolutely can't wear, so it's a real pleasure to see it on someone who can. Very graceful and flattering. And no visible boo-boos in the photo, so I'm sure you were just fine in person, too!

Your dress is stunning (& so are you!). I agree that it should be in a bridal magazine, maybe your local paper's bridal section?! There are absolutely no visible "boo-hoos". Besides, every handcrafted treasure is supposed to have a mistake! You truly created a treasure. Many blessings to you and your husband!

I learned a long time ago that the mistakes I fussed and fretted over, nobody else noticed, unless I pointed them out. I stopped pointing them out *G* and am much more forgiving of myself. Where did this need to be perfect come from anyway? Your dress is beautiful and one of a kind and you are gorgeous in it. Be proud of your accomplishment. Congrats on your nuptuals.

Your gown is stunning! (As is the bridesmaid's- that's who I assume that is next to you, anyway.) I hope your wedding day was as beautiful as the dress.
Absolutely stunning!!
aim: Wow, that is the most beautiful wedding dress I have ever seen, on the most radiant bride! You were extremely brave to make your own dress! I am making my daughter's wedding dress at the moment and your picture has given me a great deal of courage.
Best wishes!
