Two more sets for DGD!!

Crazy K | Posted in Photo Gallery on

Two more sets for Taylor………nothing too fancy but comfy and cute enough for everyday wear.  I’m dreaming of ruffles for her fall clothes…….I just got my ruffler and need to play with it!

Thanks for looking!

I think these look very neat and professional! Good on you. What are you thinking of doing with ruffles?
What machine are you using it with?

Thanks for the kind words......I do have fun!

I sew and embroidery on Viking Desinger SEs.......the ruffles..........well, nothing definite planned but I'm thinking........ha ha  I will probably ruffle the bottoms of some pants.......maybe capris for fall.........ruffles around the bottoms of some little tops.......and I can use the ruffler for gathering, too.  Sounds like fun to me!

Is there a limit to the size of fabric it will ruffle? - I mean width wise not length 'cos I assume it will just keep sewing along a length until you get to the end and run out of fabric to ruffle?

Since only the edge you stitch goes through the gizmo, I'm assuming (scary, huh? :-) that I can gather a skirt if I want to.  Going to be playing with it...............

Kay, NOTHING VENTURED, NOTHING GAINED. What is the fun of a new toy if you can't experiment right? Cathy

Thanks!  You're a sweetie to say that!  I don't know about 'best' dressed but at least they'll be dressed and not nekked!!!  he he

As I see it, they will be the best dressed.  Sweet outfits.  Most kids look like adults these days.  I love seeing children in childrens clothing.  Life is short and they have such a short time to be children.
