   Sew festive!  I love them!  I see you are having fun with the decorative stitches, love the blanket stitch and lettering, oh and those crystals are so "cool".  If I was to choose a fav, it would be the coffee one for Anne.  Mary

   Thanks!! I love that one too...The Swaraski Crystals were fun this year to play with!! I am hooked!My Sister Ann is a coffee nut and I knew that would just fit her to a tee!! It was fun to make!!

   Oh, I'm so glad you've posted these. I was just telling my daughter, whom we visited in Albuquerque, about the photos of the great stockings posted last year.I especially like the "Coffee Break" one - with the "foamy-looking" trim, and the one made from ties, and the cute buttons you found for embellishing.

   I loved my tie one too!! That was a first to deconstruct ties and sew them together to make my material...this one had faux leather which I thought was way cool kinda like a tie (suit) and briefcase look!!And those buttons are way cool and my source on them if you can believe it is Wal-Mart...go figure!! They come in the three pack!! for like less then $2I hope you have a chance to show them to your daughter!!

   beautiful! every year I say I'm going to make stockings for family and never get around to it.  Your's are so lovely.  I too, loved the coffee one.  It was so unusual and unexpected. It inspires me to get going with the stockings I've had in mind for years!  Maybe if I start now.... :)

   My thing is that you don't have to have Christmas Fabric to make Christmas Stockings...They are art and fun and reflect each individual I make them for! But that doesn't mean that on the inside I don't put some Christmas fabric for that surprise element!!To fun and you know those you make them for cherish them for years to come!!

   An old old out of print pattern!! I have used to to bits...I now make a patterns from my original because it is so delicate...I will post later on the pattern # you maybe able to find it somewhere..I love the patter too...simple yet very roomy and just a great size!!
