Thanks, she is a client referred to me by a former client.  I get most of my clients at prom time from referrals.  I don't advertise anymore.  She is a senior off to college in the fall.

She came to me with 3 pictures and the parts she liked.  I put it all together and it worked!  I decided to make the back longer than the front and we decided to split the front of the lower skirt.

Wow, did you ever get that dress to fit! I love the shot of the back of the dress. That is some serious fitting. She looks great and you know she didn't find someone else wearing that exact dress.

Yes, that is true.  She really wanted it to fit her snugly even though the fabric didn't stretch.  I made sure she could sit in it!

Wow!  Now that is truly inspiring!  I want to go right out and buy the software!  The gown is very fitted on such a curvy figure, were you able to do that with the software and her measurements or was there alot of additional fitting?  Did you make a musling first?  Please tell us more about the process.  The young lady looks thrilled with her gown and capelet.  Thank You for sharing your vibrant creation with us!  Mary

Thanks, I did do some fitting, but the original design was curvy!  I have get the determination of the ease under control.  I had too much ease worked into the final pattern.  Yes, I did a muslin.  You must do a muslin with this program, it helps you to determine if the pattern you design will fit or not.

The caplet was from a Vogue accesories pattern.
