Whew, you are a whiz at this. Love the white top.

    1. rodezzy | | #5

Not a whiz, just like to sew and a bit of a show off.  The white top is just a two piece pattern.  It's the novelty fabric that makes it stunning.  I like to let the fabric or yarn do all the work instead of me. (giggle)

What kind of yarn is it?

        1. rodezzy | | #7

I collect them where ever, I'll go through my leftovers and get some names.  Lionbrand Fancy Fur is one, and well I'll just have to answer you better tomorrow.  Eyelash yarns, cotton yarns, mohair mixed w/acrylics, Patrons-Pebbles, Carons, ladder yarns, etc. I mix and match according to what the piece asks for.

And what's that Senior stuff.  I can't get no discounts yet!  (giggle)

I meant the Spanish Seniore. I don't know how to spell it. Get it?

Thanks everyone for your lovely and precious responses to my work.  You make me blush.  I'm so glad to have discovered all of you here at this medium.

Now, I want to see what you guys have been doing.  Share the wealth, I know from seeing some of the pics and reading about what people have been doing that there are far more talented people out there than me.  I'm just a grunt.  The real seamtresses and crafters are lurking in the background.  As you can see, even tho I've made a lot of stuff, I take the easy way out.  I have a lot to see and learn from you guys.  I've been reading the questions about garment construction and soaking in the answers.  Never know when I'll need that info.  I am amazed at the talent out there.  You guys are the awesome ones, I'm just a flash in the pan.  Falling in love with your talents and this site.  Some much to learn so little time.
