Cherrypops been sewing

Crazy K | Posted in Photo Gallery on

Oh…….how cute!  I’ll bet you had fun making those, too!  Thanks for sharing the photos.  It is so fun to see what others are doing.

Haven’t seen your posts lately…….busy mom I imagine.  Our schools started here last week after having the summer off.  Busy time for everyone trying to get back into the ‘groove’!

Happy Stitching!

Hey Wombat, I did enjoy making those. All the kids looked great and some are very talented. One middle primary girl made her own. "Geronimo Stilton" a mouse in a green suit. Her grandma sews! She look great. It was a fun event. Looking forward to next year. CherryPops

OESD is having a half price sale on embroidery designs!  I know you love emblib as much as I do, but I needed more Bulldog designs for my grandson's highschool mascot projects.  Mary

That was so much fun to look at.  What a great job.  You even made his teacher's outfit.  What a great gal you are.

    1. Cherrypops | | #15

Yes, Teacher looked beautiful. I will be making something for the children's xmas play also.

Cherrypops, that sounds like so much fun.  What kind of camera do you use?  Is it a digital and if so what kind.  I need to buy a camera in order to post my pictures.  Today, though, I'm going to buy a disposable digital and have the pictures put on dvd disk to upload to me computer here at work.  Then I can show my jackets and stuff I make.  But that means I have to use all of the pictures before I process them.  That's why I need the digital.  Can't you take off whatever pictures you want?

        1. Cherrypops | | #19

          My Digital Camera....

Search: konica minolta dimage X60  http://www.google.com.au ..loads of reviews.

It came with the cable to plug into the usb port on the pc. I plug it in open windows explorer, transfer designs to cd or hard drive. It's so easy!

You can view the photo immediately, and delete it immediately. You can record short movies. For close up shots it great.

A xmas gift from hubby.. It is perfect size for my handbag. I haven't read the manual fully, but it does heaps.

My 5yr old son is now using it..and he's pretty good at it.

Thanks, I'll check out the camera.  Meanwhile, I bought a disposal and will take pictures this week.  I had too much to do over the weekend.  Will process into a disk and get them in that way.

Good to hear, Don't rush, there is a lot more on the market since I was given mine. Review many, decide what type of photos you will be taking, close ups, distance, the choices are endless and become more expensive.

          3. rodezzy | | #23

Thanks, I'm looking forward to sharing what I've been doing.

          4. Cherrypops | | #24

            thank you too!

I can't wait to see what you have done.

Remember too, you can always start a new post with your pictures, like I did recently in the photo gallery.

I really should subscribe to stitches.

I buy from the newsagents..15:5 came sealed with 2 backissues, which was good as I didn't have those. I've been getting a lot this way this year.

Do subscribers receive the same deals? or do they just get the one issue in the mail?

          1. user-217847 | | #20

            Sorry mate, just the one.
