I bought Butterick 5874 (Superman costume from 1987) at a thrift store for 10¢.  It is missing the boot pattern.  I have the size A (men's) and I was wondering if there is anyone out there who might have this pattern and can trace the boot pattern and mail it to me.  I will be happy to pay for time and postage.  I can probably improvise from the pieces on the instruction sheet, but it's easier to just have the pattern.  Thanks.....Linda
