I can't help with maternity swim suits, but after the baby arrives, the swim suit pattern by Elizabeth Lee for nursing moms looks pretty good. I looked at the site in response to another post. The web address is: http://www.elizabethlee.com.
*The Elizabeth Lee pattern has maternity adaptations to it. Kwik Sew also has a maternity only swimsuit.
