Vogue ladies patterns (post #35973, reply #3 of 6)
Patterns for ladies wear have larger bust sizes. Patterns in the Junior section the cup size goes up to a B, and small ladies is B-C. So Misses categories are larger. You would have to measure your bust area and adjust the pattern, purchase the size that is the easiest to alter.
I think some butterick (post #35973, reply #1 of 6)
I think some butterick patterns have cup sizes,i think there was a feature about this in SEW TODAY magazine a while back, but not sure how you identify the patterns from website.
Simplicity lists patterns (post #35973, reply #2 of 6)
Simplicity lists patterns that have different cups sizes under Special Collections that can be found under the Patterns tab. The others have some patterns with cup sizes, but they don't seem to have a separate listing. I did a search of "cup sizes" on the Butterick site and it did give me several patterns with different cup sizes along with information about cupcakes
.
ladies wear vs junior (post #35973, reply #4 of 6)
The cups gradually increase across the pattern scales. the difference an XL junior and a XS ladies is the cup size, and the height in back wasist measurements. Junior is a A-B and is intended for a shorter person, 1 inch shorter in spinal height and about 2 inch shorter in back waist. The extra small ladies has a B-C up and has a longer back waist and is intended for someone taller. A Misses sizing would incorporate a larger cup and overall fullness to the fit and ease. I found Vogue patterns to be extremely useful in their adjustment guides and instructions where as the other patterns is written in a format that they expect you know what you are doing.

Vogue make a line call Custom Fit witch include patterns for A to D cups. They have nice design.Simplicity also have Amazing Fit collection and some patterns for large size that offer's even larger cup size. The best of those patterns is ,for me , that I learned a lot on fitting and rotating dart by using them.Good luck!
