I am wondering if anyone knows of a pattern for childrens loungewear with feet – I have looked in all the ordinary pattern books without luck – they do have them up to size 6 – but no other. I know they can be bought ready-made in the U.S., but I want to make my own. Any suggestions?

Pajamas with feet
http://www.kwiksew.com has pajama patterns with feet - their #3714 is for sizes XS (4-5), S (6), M (7-8), L (10) and XL (12-14). Also they have an adult pattern #3712 for sizes XS to XL.
