Any News about Folkwear?

user-261558 | Posted in Patterns on

Does anyone know what is happening to Folkwear patterns–again? The Sterling site does not even acknowledge that Folkwear still exists. The only current reference I can find is at the Earth Guild site and they state Folkwear is in a state of flux and many patterns are currently out of print. I hope that this is temporary as they added some lovely new designs over the past year and was looking to buying and using more.

Try http://folkwear-birchstreet.com/ and let us know how you get on.

    I discovered this by accident.

      Thanks Ghillie

It will be interesting to see if they have the patterns I want in stock.

I emailed Lark Books and they answered right away with http://www.folkwear.com. Try it!

I did the same thing and the new address does work.  I also found out that I can get Folkwear Patterns from a local costume shop in my town.  I'm so excited.  Now I don't have to wait for them to come in the mail.

I also did some detective work on Friday and a new phone number has just been set up for Folkwear Patterns:

          1-866-FOLKWEAR (365-5932)

          Hope this helps!

Thanks for the phone #.  I'm going to call and see if they have a catalog.  I didn't find any mention of one on the website.  I would love to have one I can look at at home without logging onto the computer.

            Chris.
