2X-5X scrub top patterns

Hi. I sell custom scrub tops to local hospital staff. I have been doing sizes from S-XL, however, I have had some customers lately request anywhere from a 2X-5X. The patterns that I have been able to find only go up to a bust size of 54″. I don’t believe that this is the appropriate sizes that I need for a plus size scrub top. In fact, if my calculations are correct, a 54″ bust is probably only eqivalent to a 2X at the largest. Can anyone help me with this?? In all the popular patterns, such as McCalls, Simplicity, and Butterick, this is all the bigger that I can find. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!!!
