Hi to all and thank-you to  everyone who answered all my questions. I bought the Pfaff Creative in Feb, took lessons, my last lessons were to be on using the embroidery. The shop closed after 40 years, the couple retired! I really know how to pick dealers! I was driving 70 miles to take lessons. The only dealer in my town sells Janome, and I never heard anything good about him and was told by several sewers to stay away. Now I kind of regret this. I'm stuck. I haven't even used the embroidery of this machine.

My question is Pfaff Creative hoops do not come with templates, what are you suppose to do? All the Vikings I owned did, can you buy these somewhere or what do you do? I feel kind of dumb asking this, I suppose there is an easy answer to this.
