I have a pattern for a kitchen towel topper to crochet. It says to use 3 strands of embroidery thread and a sewing needle to do 63 chain stitches along the center fold of the towel. I know how to chain with a crochet hook or with a serger. I've sewn for 4o yrs and crochet for 10.
Please Help

Knot the thread. Bring the thread up from the bottom. Now go back down almost into the same place, and take a tiny stitch catching the thread loop from the first stitch. You just keep taking small stitches catching the op of the previous stitch each time. It is the lazy daisy stitch from embroidery. If you google it there is probably a video somewhere. Hope this makes sense.
