Topstitching Vinyl Completed Project Pic

cycler1729 | Posted in General Sewing Info on

Thanks to everyone who responded to my question – this is a picture of the finished piece – a rain hat!

The topstitching isn’t perfect because the tissue paper didn’t let me see what I was doing but it isn’t bad for a first attempt at sewing a difficult material.  Also, I was supposed to topstitch the whole brim at 1/4″ spaces but I thought that I’d never be able to do that accutately so I just did it at the edge.
