Sewing with Lambskin: Consider stretch?

Faye98 | Posted in General Sewing Info on

I just picked up a beautiful XXL Lambskin duster from a thrift store I want to turn it into very fitted pants/leggings. Its very thin and very soft. I was wondering if I would need to accomodate my pattern for stretch of the lambskin over time? I’ve sewn with thick leather, but never anything this thin or plyable.

All the Best!
