   I am looking for the same information.   I was in one fabric store, and the lady told me that there is a special technique for this.   That you open the fabric and you sew one seam and then you blind stitch the outer seam.  I have seam in the stores many designer jackets with this technique.   Please let me know if you get some other information.   Also if anybody knows where I can get this fabric.  I am looking for the double sided our double faced wool, medium weight, both sides in the same color and if possible in a light or bright color like beige, yellow, orange or light blue

   Thank you for your reply. Separating the wool makes sense. Banksville Fabrics has a nice selection of double sided wool. They have beautiful fabrics. They do have a website. Google Banksville Fabrics. It is located in Norwalk, Connecticut. glimgirl

   I remember an article on double sided wool a long time ago in Threads.  Maybe Carol can help with the issue.

   Try this website for a JUKI industrial machine. I bought a new one from them 2 years ago and I love it. The hardest part about learning to use it was the speed. But once I was able to "tame" it, it was fine. They are located in Lodi, New Jersey. I picked the machine up and they had it all assembled for me. I think I paid between $600-$700 (DHL-8300).    Hi!

   Issue 69 has an article on working with double cloth. It shows a variety of seam techniques, edge finishes, buttonholes, and a neat reversible in-seam pocket.
