I'm preparing some scarves for a craft sale.

 

I have little paper tags with a punched hole.  Any suggestions on how to easily apply them to the garments?

So if this post shows up as a duplicate, sorry about that. 

Small brass safety pins and crochet thread would work.  A more expensive idea is a tag gun.  http://www.tach-it.com/Tagging-Guns  Both are seen on rtw items.
