Which fashion design software program is the best to purchase? I want something that does everything! I want to make my own patterns, change the sizing to fit each customer. I would also like to eventually design my own clothing line, including accessories, and for men, women, and children. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have researched online and found some that sound great, but you just never know! So I wanted to get some input from some fellow sewers!
