Looking for grid marker

lynrob | Posted in General Discussion on

After taking a Trapunto class with Diane Gaudynski in Lowell MA, many of us wanted to purchase a clear template/ruler from Dritz which was a “grid guide”. Viking Huskarvarna also made one for a while. It was perfect for marking parallel lines on fabric for free motion work that required more uniformity. Unfortunately it looks like both companies no longer offer them. Does anyone know where I can find one? Even a used one could be acceptable.

Would something like this do it for you?

    http://www.clotilde.com/cl/product_group.asp?topcatname=Tools&listtype=dept&subcat1=TO&subcat2=TO-41&catalog=CF04&dept_name=Quilting+Tools&pg=7&g_id=415741&imgsize=large

(If that doesn't work, look for a "shape cut" in the clotilde catalog).
