Burda had (has?) patterns for larger teens and preteens.  They've removed their Burdadashion website and replaced with the absolutely useless Burdastyle.com.  I can't find any of their commercial patterns anymore on their own site.  You can check their catalogues at your local fabric store.  It was a separate division under their kids/youth lines and I can't remember what it was called now.
