Yippee! Congrats! You are getting a fair bit of exposure on the Showcase in the last 6 months have you not? That is terrific! Keep up the good work my friend. Cathy

You are showcased AGAIN?!?!?!? And for good reason, I might add. A good job, as usual. Kudos!!

    Congratulations Kay

    ~ again!!

Can you post a link directly to the article? (Digging around in unfamiliar websites is how *I* lose track of whole days on this beastie-machine!) (Grinning!)Kharmin

Sorry.......I should have done this in the first place!

To see the showcase, go to http://www.embroiderylibraryprojects.com/ and click on Stitchers Showcase. If you happen to miss seeing the “premier,” you can always get to it later, or refer others to it, by going to the calendars on the Showcase page, and clicking on that date.

Then if you click on the pictures, it gives a little detail about the project.........I look at the showcase nearly daily......great inspiration!

Hi!  The two Floral Blessings Bible bags are mine.  The designs stitched out so beautifully!

    You go girl!

Tee Hee.........giggle........thanks!  I can 'go' again now.  Just got my embroidery machine back from the 'spa'.........3 weeks she was MIA and now she's home.  I'm playing already!!  She's sewing like a dream so far.........guess a little vacation was good for her!  Not for me tho'...........felt like my right arm had been cut off.  No, I don't do that much embroidery but the fact that I didn't have THAT machine drove me nuts!  Spoiled, huh?

That's O.K. to be spoiled, its your blessing.  You could be spoiled on worst things, good that its something that can give others pleasure in your making and giving.  Sew on my lady.

Yes, I think you are absolutely right........sewing is my 'habit' but it does no harm (except to the check book on occasion!) and it gives me great joy and other enjoy my 'habit' in the way of gifts, so, yep.........it's a good thing!

I just did a custom blanket for DD's business...........that's it for this evening but look out tomorrow............woo-hoo........I have bibs cut out for the little neighbor guy.......he'll be one year old next month.  I love to give things like that........and the little 'princess' dress I made for the little gal on the other side of use....4 yrs. old and loves to dress up like a princess..........she was thrilled.

I can't imagine a better hobby for me!

You are most welcome.  I've gone back and looked at some of your 'art'.........I only wish I had a smidgen of the creativity that you have........Wow!  I have the ability to 'do' but not the ability to 'envision'.........

Congratulations! I love Embroidery Library! I have such a wonderful selection of freebie designs from there plus the ones I have bought!

I sent them a photo of my Project Linus quilt and they wrote back they would showcase it and let me know. I haven't heard from them since. How long does it usually take?

I made those bags a year ago.........  I think they try to group like things together and sometimes they do 'seasonal' things.........guess it just depends.  I know they get lots and lots of photos so I suppose they have a hard time choosing.  I've sent some things in that never have been published.........or like the bags, it was a year later.

Okay thanks, I just wasn't sure when and didn't want to miss it.

When they get ready to showcase it, they will send you an email and give you the exact date it will appear..........and you can go back and see all the past showcase things at any time.........just go to the calendar and click on a date that you want..........or you can do it by category, too.

          Hope this helps you.
