After testing my slopers on muslin many times, I always have gaps at the side seam at my front armholes. I converted waist darts to mid armhole darts, but the gap is still there. Does anybody have any ideas how to eliminate the gap at front armhole ?

It sounds like you need a full bust adjustment (make the area of the bust larger). An easy way to test this is to make the front pattern piece wider at the side seam and the back narrower.
*Help I am attempting to alter a sleeveless dress pattern. I am a size 6 Petite, 32 A. I have a problem with gaping armholes. What alteration can I make at the pattern stage?
