After 40 years of playing with threads and a mere 9 years of subscribing, I have so much to learn from you, still. Once upon a time, I sewed with wool and made suits, coats, etc. Then learned new tricks for stretchy knits in time for kid clothing. Now it’s time for relaxed sewing- for casual northwest living, for asian-influenced wearables, for donate-able lap quilts, and I love all your tips. But always, your quality articles and photography are inspiring me to DO IT- with threads and fabric. While an occasional jump into knitting, embroidery, quilting, or crafts is fun, I really appreciate getting your expertise in clothing. My favorite articles are from the Ericson family, Lois and Diane, both such creative designers. So, thanks, I think you are doing great! from Threadbabe near Seattle
