I stopped at our local sewing store tonight and they do not have the new issue of Threads, and do not expect to get it for a week or more. No other store in the area sells it (that I am aware of). Is there a reason for the delay? I have recently subscribed, but really wanted to read the Chanel issue on jackets. Do you have a list of stores in the Delaware area that stock your magazine?

Hmm....Let me see what I can find out for you. I've noticed that my local store doesn't display the copy right away sometimes, but eventually they do.

Mimi, Here's what our single copy sales person (the guy who organizes newsstand sales, that is) says:
The magazine is always available at Barnes & Noble, Borders and Joann Fabrics. As for local stores, they should receive product within the same week as others. If you can provide name of store, I can track down their order.

Carol: I usually get it at Joann's Fabrics in Dover, Delaware. They have not received it as yet (last night) and said it would probably be in next week.
We leave for our daughter's wedding tomorrow morning and I will look for it on the road.

When I used to pick up my copy at Joann's, it was frequently after everyone else everywhere else had gotten their issues at the other sources! I frequently thought that the box they came in set in their back room for a couple of weeks until they finally decided to stock the magazine racks! Very aggravating! I hope you found your issue on the road! It makes wonderful reading in the car!
