Where are all these great knits ?

artistic1 | Posted in Fabric and Trim on

Hi Everyone,

My dilemma is this..for over a year I have been collecting fabulous up to date fashion patterns from all the manufacturers featured on the cover is a picture of the garment in a nice geometric or print knit. I have benn in all the fabric stores and it is near impossible to find any kind of cotton knit print. Where are all these fabulous knits as shown on the cover of the patterns??Please advise me to some sights that have more than one print in cotton or jersey!!! Thanks!!!

Check out some of the online fabric shops! There is an active thread right now with several very good possibilities for you. The nice fabrics are not in the local fabric stores unless you live in NYC or San Francisco....

As rsew says, check out emmaonesock.com for some exceptionally pretty things.gorgeousfabrics.com also has a lot of nice prints. Just click on "Knits." Another source is textilestudiopatterns.com under 'Fabrics."
