Try Spandex house 212 -354-6711. They are in the garment district in NYC, I have bought from them in person, not by mail. They have everything that stretches. They have been nice to deal with too. The range of what they have is amazing, stuff that would be a tad flashy for a hooker to lovely tie dyed stretch velvets, hologrammed shiny stretchy stuff ... it boggles the mind.
*Write to Kieffers PO box 7500Jersey City, NJ 07307. They have swimwear,lingerie fabrics, embellishments, and hardto find bra straps. Hancock Fabrics alsohas swimwear fabrics.
*Also, look at http://www.laceland.com I have had very good luck with them. Sometimes you can find swimsuit fabrics at http://www.phoenixtextiles.com. Don't let the low prices throw you - I have received good quality.
