I am making my daughters wedding dress.  The fabric is regal duchess satin.  The bodice is underlined and will have beaded lace appliques sewn on it.  The sleeves are Juliet style with a full part at the top and a straight fitted part on the lower part.  There will be a couple of beaded lace appliques sewn on the top part of the sleeves.  I am wondering if I should also underline that part of the sleeve to support the appliques or if I should just put organza under the appliques themselves.
