Solid and printed fleece sources?

Danielle_in_NYC | Posted in Fabric and Trim on

I want to make some fleece stuff for my brother for his 23rd birthday. I’ve found a bunch of places that sell fleece on-line, but very few have prints. Actually, Madden Mills has some nice printed options but I’d like to see what else is out there before I buy it. Doesn’t have to be the highest quality (at least for the pillow I’ll be making) because he won’t be wearing it.

Printed flannels or corduroy might work too. Any sources for that?

Here is what I’ve found so far:

When I was searching polartec fleece fabric on-line, I too didn't want to purchase it from Madden Mills until I was ready. I remember coming across a couple of other sites, different than your listing. I did so by searching "hotbox" search engine and typing in "polartec fleece" fabric or variations with polartec fleece in the name. One woman had a nice web site talking about sewing techniques with polar fleece and her links were good.
Joanns Fabrics sells fleece and thathomesite.com (sewing forum) has a link to it.
I know Hancock Fabrics has a couple of fleece prints and they are on-line at http://www.hancockfabrics.com
    Peace.

*I have purchased most of my polar fleece through a mail order catalog, they don't seem to have a web site. They are very helpful on the phone and have good swatch sets, for a reasonable price. The city I live is down to one fabric store, so this co. is my outdoor fabric source. The Rain Shed, Inc. 541)753-8900. I belive their prices are about the same as Malden Mills.
