I have seen a cord toggle on RTW jacket hems that has two holes. The cord is sewn into one side seam of the jacket then comes out a grommet or button hole goes through one hole of the toggle and then back through the other toggle hole and then around the rest of the hem. So the hem can be adjusted by pulling a loop of cord out of the hem and locking it in place with the toggle. Where can I get this two hole toggle?
