keeping shirts tucked in?

I am looking for a product that used to be called “snugtex belting.” It could be purchased by the yard or by the package, I think. It had or has a rubbery surface that helps to keep skirts and blouses tucked in. Yes, I’ve tried the little squares, and no, I don’t want those. This is for new garment construction for dancers. Solo Slide had it in their last catalog, but it has been discontinued. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Getting shirts to stay tucked in. Atlanta thread 1-800-847-1001 has a snugtex insert waistband curtain. Description says keep shirttail tucked in. Cost is $1.50 per yard. Have zippers cheap too. They're great. No minimums and speedy delivery.
