Blindstitch hemmer

beo's picture

I am so blessed!  If you read my post, 'My Pfaff was made in China!', you know I was agonizing over buying a used U.S. made blind stitch hemmer or a new one from a Canadian company that was made in China.  Both were about the same price.  Well, the recently retired alterationist who refered her customers  to me just sold me her US Blind Stictch machine for a wonderful price!  The best of it, is that I  know the history of the machine, and have the name of the service man she has used.  Time is money, she said.  And yes.  Aside from pinning and edge finishing a hem, this machine will hem a pair of trousers in 30 seconds!

Yes, I hope I have as happy an outcome with this Husqvarna 2000 that I found in a thrift shop! It was actually made in Sweden!
