I have just purchased an Amanda Jane 24 row pleater.  Help! I don't know much about using one so any info you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

Maybe you can go to Martha Pullen web site she has used them on her show a few times.

Didn't it come with directions?  This is easily explained without pictures.  I googled "How to use a pleater" and found several helpful responses that should help you.  Sorry, but I don't know how to attach a live link.
