Is there anyone who knows how to make a choux?  I'm making a gathered cover for my large arched window and I would like to make a rosette for the center to cover all those gathers.  I read an article once at Joanne's on how it's done but I can't find anything on the web.  It's a little different than just doing the turning like you'd do with a rose.  There's places where you tack down some petals.  Any ideas out there?  I can't stand all that bright light in the bedroom especially during the summer when the afternoon sun hits that window and makes it almost a/c proof.  I've cut a piece of foam insulation, that was fun, to fit, painted the side facing the street black so it won't show.  I need to cover that pink now. ha.  Any help would be apprecitated.
