Application of Feather Fringing

Any advice as to best method of applying Ostrich Feather fringing, I have that gluing is the best method, any ideas?

    Yvonne, you can glue it on, but you have to be careful to get it in the right place the first time and on evenly. The boa will sometimes "roll" on you as you are working, and applying and reapplying can get glue everywhere. E6000 at Hobby Lobby, etc , would be good - BUT TEST FIRST. The best way is to hand hold a small section where you want and whip it on from the underside of the fabric, catching just into the "core" of the boa and NOT pulling the stitches too tight which will cause a puckered look. the advantage of this is the ease of correction and the ability to recycle the boa later onto something else.
